Deliveries.

We use Royal Mail and DHL to dispatch your items to you. All delivery times are estimations, and once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, it can still be delayed by the courier used or customs. 

Sometimes, processing your order during our busy periods may take a bit longer. Please bear with us. Orders made after noon on a working day will be shipped the next day. Orders made after 12 pm on a Friday, weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed on the following day. Thank you.

UNITED KINGDOM

UK Orders of £250.00 and above will be shipped by DHL - £8.00 (1-2 working days)

UK orders under £250.00 (3-5 working days) - £6.00

Channel Islands: Shipped by DHL (1-2 working days) - £15.00

EUROPE

We use DHL and prices vary depending on your country. Prices are available at our checkout. The shipping fee covers all customs fees and handling fees.

Taxes & Duties 

For countries in the European Union, we are responsible for your taxes and duties. The responsibility lies with the customer for the rest of the countries where import duties are charged.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information from the courier.
